Vinge advises GreenChem in its acquisition of Arom-dekor Kemi

Vinge advised GreenChem Holding B.V., a leading European supplier of chemical products and solutions, in connection with its acquisition of Arom-dekor Kemi AB from Vilokan AB.

Arom-dekor Kemi is a well-established chemical distributor in the Nordic region. Through the acquisition, GreenChem strengthens its presence in the Nordic market and expands its existing offering of sustainable chemical products.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Anders Strid, Petronella Hallberg and Beatrice Gustafsson (M&A), Kim Larsson (IP), Annie Einarsson (employment law), Ivar Johannson and Aleksander Bajic (commercial contracts), Stina Larsson (environmental law), Adnan Durakovic (real estate) and Fredrik Löwenclou (regulatory matters).

Vinge advises the financing banks in connection with Verdane and Telenor’s partnership in Telenor Connexion

 Vinge has advised a syndicate of Nordic and Northern European banks connection with the financing of Verdane and Telenor’s new partnership relating to Telenor Connexion. Under the partnership, Verdane and Telenor will jointly invest in Telenor Connexion, a leading provider of IoT solutions. The transaction was completed on 10 September 2026 and values Telenor Connexion at SEK 7.5 billion.
