Vinge advises Gotlandsbolaget in connection with off-take agreement regarding biogas

Vinge has advised Rederiaktiebolaget Gotland (Gotlandsbolaget) in connection with the entry into of a strategic off-take agreement, which secures the long-term supply of biogas for the Gotland ferry service traffic.

Gotlandsbolaget aims to offer climate-neutral crossings between Gotland and the mainland by 2045. In order to do this, large volumes of fossil-free fuels are required. Vinge has advised Gotlandsbolaget in an investment in the construction of a biogas plant outside Eskilstuna for the production of high-quality biogas and the negotiation and execution of a 10-year off-take agreement regarding the purchase and delivery of the biogas produced. As a result of this transaction, Gotlandsbolaget has taken important steps towards achieving its goal of climate-neutral crossings between Gotland and the mainland. The plant is expected to be operational in 2026.

Vinge has advised FAM AB on its acquisition of Aktiebolaget Näckström from Vectura Fastigheter AB. The principal assets of Aktiebolaget Näckström comprise the property Stockholm Näckström 6 (Arsenalsgatan 8) and Villa Täcka udden.

Vinge has advised FAM in connection with its investment in GreenIron

Vinge has advised FAM AB, owned by the Wallenberg Foundations, in connection with its investment in GreenIron H2 AB. Through the round, GreenIron raised in total SEK 125 million in additional funding from existing shareholders, with FAM now becoming the company’s largest owner.
