Vinge advises Fyndiq in connection with the combination with CDON

Fyndiq was launched in 2010 and is operating a marketplace which offers a wide range of bargain products from Swedish and international merchants.

Fyndiq and CDON now combine forces to create the leading Nordic e-commerce marketplace. The combined company, known as CDON, will continue to operate two separate consumer offerings under the brands CDON and Fyndiq.

The combination is subject to approval by the shareholders of CDON at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 28 March 2023.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Bergström, David Andersson, Samra Tesser, Ellinor Wargenbrant and Philip Moré (M&A) and Ellinore Boström Andersson (Project and VDR Assistant).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
