Vinge advises FJ Dynamics on its acquisition of Sveaverken Svea Agri

Vinge has advised FJ Dynamics, a leading global robotic company in the agricultural sector, in connection with its acquisition of Sveaverken Svea Agri.

Sveaverken Svea Agri is an animal farming company with over 100 years history with headquarters in Sweden. With the acquisition, FJ Dynamics will empower traditional animal farming with leading intelligent robotics and create significant value and synergy to benefit more customers around the world.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Ulrich Ziche, Qun Gu, Desirée Sjöblom and Jesper Lindvall (M&A and commercial agreements), Morgan Hallén and Daniel Lennartsson Anderås (Banking, financing and restructuring), Sophia Holm (Employment) and Anne Wijkman (Real Estate and lease agreements).

Vinge has advised the Swedish state in connection with the reconstruction proceedings of SAS

Vinge has advised the Swedish state in connection with the reconstruction proceedings of SAS. The proceedings, which included considerations regarding state aid approved by the European Commission, have among other things involved restructuring, debt write-downs as well as an investment by a consortium consisting of Castlelake, Air France-KLM, Lind Invest and the Danish state. In total, the investment amounted to approximately USD 1.2 billion in SAS, divided into USD 475 million in unlisted equity and USD 725 million in convertible debt.
