Vinge advises FAM in connection with the restructuring of Bergvik Skog and the formation of Kopparfors Skogar

FAM and other shareholders in Bergvik Skog AB have performed a restructuring of the ownership of Bergvik Skog whereupon, among other things, Bergvik Skog Väst AB has been divided up and one of FAM wholly‑owned subsidiaries, Kopparfors Skogar AB, has acquired through a subsidiary approximately 283 000 hectares of land in central Sweden. 

FAM was advised by Vinge, the team of which primarily consisted of Jonas Johansson, Joacim Rydergård, Carl Sander and Jesper Lindvall (Corporate/M&A), Assur Badur and Karolina Cohrs (Real Estate), Thomas Sjöberg (Environmental), Louise Brorsson Salomon (Financing) and Johan Wahlbom (Competition Law).

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
