Vinge advises ERG in conjunction with the divestment of ERG Sweden Holding AB

Vinge has advised ERG POWER GENERATION S.P.A. in connection with its divestment of ERG Sweden Holding AB, and indirectly Furukraft AB, to Nordetic AB.

Pursuant to the transaction, ERG has divested its Swedish holdings through ERG Sweden Holding AB, which is the parent company of Furukraft AB.

Vinge acted as the seller’s adviser throughout the process, with responsibility for the legal management of the share transfer and the overall transaction structure.

Vinge’s team included Christoffer Thalin, Agnes Tell, Einar Dahlberg, Emma Sääf, Irma Softic, Johan Cederblad, Johan Severinsson, Lisa Bourghardt and Tilda Hall.
