TA Associates has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Elos Medtech AB (publ). The total value of the offer is SEK 1,735 million.

Vinge advises Elos Medtech. The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Wibeke Sorling and Johanne Örnfeldt Svensson.
