Vinge advises Eleda in connection with divestment of KEWAB

Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the divestment of KEWAB, Kenneth Wahlström Aktiebolag. The divestment is carried out in connection with Altor Fund V’s acquisition of a majority stake in Eleda and Eleda’s acquisitions of Järfälla VA- & Byggentreprenad AB and ONE Nordic.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with associates Johanna Wiberg, Manne Bergström, Michaela Cronemyr and Hanna Risberg.
