Vinge advises DOLBY on the acquisition of Coding Technologies

Vinge advises the American company DOLBY (one of the world’s leading companies within sound systems) on the acquisition of Coding Technologies AB for a price of appr. 1.6 billion kronor.

DOLBY was represented by Peter Morawetz, Ulrich Ziche, Mats Hävermark and Anna-Sofia Nilsson-Prevell with respect to all acquisition agreements.
The due diligence work was carried out by Jessica Olofsson (who was also the coordinator of the due diligence), Kristoffer Nordman, Anna Elm, Per Westman, Martina Engström, Fredrik von der Esch, Peter Alstergren, Johanna Rutberg and Petter Elmstedt. Dain Nevonen worked on a number of corporate issues.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
