Vinge advises Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with the acquisition of Kalmar Djursjukhus

Vinge has advised Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with the acquisition of Kalmar Djursjukhus. Djursjukhusgruppen is Sweden’s leading group within expert veterinary care for dogs, cats and other pets. Djursjukhusgruppen consists of 18 veterinary surgeries and clinics throughout Sweden and has almost 500 employees and approximately 170 000 patients per year.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Gustav Jönsson, Johan Cederblad and Robin Dangoor.
