Vinge advises Datatrade Swesped AB, AB Swetrail and Erik Lundén on the sale of Yourway Oy

Vinge advises Datatrade Swesped AB, AB Swetrail and Erik Lundén on the sale of Yourway Oy to Tschudi Logistics Oy. Through this sale Yourway Oy will become one of the future key products for Tschudi Logistics Oy on the transport and logistics market in Northern Europe.

The sellers of Yourway Oy are represented by partner Fredrik Tengström assisted by Tove Rosén.
