Vinge has advised Daikin and AAF Lufttechnik GmbH in connection with the acquisition of Dinair Group AB. Dinair is one of the Nordic regions largest manufacturer and supplier of air filters. The company employs over 350 employees and operates its own manufacturing and product development. The HQ is located in Vadstena., Sweden.
