Vinge advises Coromatic Group in connection with acquisition of Skandinaviska Kraftprodukter

Vinge has advised the Nordic IT security group, Coromatic Group, in connection with its acquisition of Skandinaviska Kraftprodukter.

Skandinaviska Kraftprodukter is a market leader within auxiliary power solutions. As a result of the acquisition, Coromatic Group has strengthened its position as a full service provider within physical IT security and secure power supply in the Nordic region. The Coromatic Group, which is ultimately owned by Litorina, had a turnover of SEK 723 million in 2009.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
