Vinge has advised Consolid Equity on the sale of Road Mobility Services to Nalka. In connection with the transaction, Consolid, entrepreneurs and management will reinvest and remain as minority shareholders alongside Nalka as the new majority shareholder.
Road Mobility Services brings together high-performing companies in roadside assistance, tyre services and workshop services along major transport routes across Europe. The company currently operates 83 workshops of its own in four countries and, through its extensive network, has access to more than 3,000 trusted partners across Europe. In connection with the change of ownership, Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group, will become the new chairperson of the board of Road Mobility Services.
Vinge’s team has mainly consisted of Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg, Elsie Nassar, Edvard Gustafsson, Olof Löfvenberg, Matilda Hamner and Karl Womack (M&A), Sebastian Örndahl and David Olander (Competition Law and FDI), Henrik Ossborn, Calle Tengwall Pagels and Nilufer Nouri (Banking and Finance), and Julia Ulander Kull and Emy Rydén (Transaction Coordinator).
