Vinge advises Colliers International Group Inc.

Vinge has advised Colliers International Group Inc. in connection with its acquisition of the Swedish enterprise, Colliers International Sverige.

Colliers International is the global leader within commercial property services with more than 14 000 employees in 68 countries. The purchase is a part of Colliers International’s expansion in Europe and further strengthens its position in the Nordic Region, where it already owns Colliers International Danmark (2017) and Colliers International Finland (2018).

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with, among others, associates Samra Baytar, Elsie Nassar, Lova Unge, Sophia Holm and Hampus Olsson.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
