Vinge advises Climateview in its series A round of EUR 10 million

The Swedish climate technology company Climateview has procured EUR 10 million in its series A round as part of its major investment strategy in Asia and the US.

The investment round is led by Commerz Ventures and Nordic Ninja VC. Previous funders include Sophie Stenbeck, Niklas Adalberth, Daniel Sachs and Sophia Bendz.

Climateview has developed a unique technology platform (ClimateOS) which helps cities to create and implement strategies in order to meet their climate goals.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Larsson, Maria Dahlin Kolvi, Eléonore Friberg and Ebba Nyberg.

The prospectus was published on 12 November 2025 and the trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 19 November 2025, five years to the day since the first listing.
