Vinge advises Citi, Dundee and Pareto in connection with Africa Oil’s SEK 2.9 billion private placement

Vinge has advised a syndicate of banks consisting of Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Dundee Securities Europe LLP and Pareto Securities AS in connection with Africa Oil Corp’s SEK 2.9 billion brokered private placement. Africa Oil Corp is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and on NASDAQ OMX First North Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jesper Schönbeck and associate David Andersson.
