Vinge advises Christian Berner Tech Trade AB

Vinge has advised Christian Berner Tech Trade AB’s ("CBTT") acquisition of PlastKaptek Sverige AB, a company which conducts plastics processing operations. The acquisition strengthens CBTT’s position within the field of plastics processing on the Nordic market.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Olof Jisland together with associates Daniel Lennartsson and Victor Ericsson.
