Vinge advises CapMan on the formation of Cargo Partner Group

Vinge acts as Swedish counsel to funds managed by CapMan in connection with CapMan merging the Swedish company Globex and the Norwegian companies Cargo Partner and STS Group to form a new Nordic logistics group; Cargo Partner Group. Following the merger, funds managed by CapMan will hold a majority of the equity of Cargo Partner Group.

The Vinge team advising CapMan includes corporate partner Jan Byström and corporate associates Petter Kjöllerström and Sarah Khalil. Associate Per Westman provides employment and benefits advice and associates Anna Palmérus and Emma Nörler provide competition law advice.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
