Vinge advises Cantargia AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of approximately SEK 59 million to a number of Swedish and international investors.

The Vinge team includes Christian Lindhé, Erik Sjöman, Martin Madsen Svanberg and Johan Åhman.

Vinge has advised CDPQ in connection with an investment in Northvolt

 Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) have invested USD 150 million in Northvolt by of a convertible debt instrument. The financing will be used to realize the new site Northvolt Six in Québec. When the battery factory is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of up to 60 GWh.
