Vinge advises Bygghemma on acquisition of Trademax

Vinge is advising Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of the companies of the Trademax-group. Bygghemma Group is the largest Nordic e-business within building and garden products as well as furniture and home furnishing. The group expands rapidly and will in 2013 have a turnover of approximately MSEK 700 and employ 100 people. Trademax is the leading and during the recent years fastest growing shop for indoor and outdoor furniture on the internet.

The Vinge team advising Bygghemma includes Kristian Ford together with Ingela Malmborg advising on employment law matters and Anna Edström on tenancy law matters.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
