Vinge advises Bygghemma on acquisition of Golvpoolen

Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Golvpoolen.

Bygghemma is the leading e-commerce home improvement and home furnishing company in the Nordic region with in total 12 webshops and 9 physical stores and a turnover in 2016 of approximately SEK 3 billion. Golvpoolen is the leading Nordic online flooring and bathroom retailer.

The Vinge team includes partner Kristian Ford together with among others Anna Jonsson, Freja Ljungdell Kristensen and Sebastian Frisk. Partner Pär Remnelid and Nils Alvång have been handling the competition law notification.

Vinge has assisted Boliden in the acquisition of the Neves-Corvo and Zinkgruvan mines from Lundin Mining

Boliden has entered into a definitive agreement with Lundin Mining to acquire the Neves-Corvo mine in Portugal and the Zinkgruvan mine in Sweden. The upfront cash consideration for the entities is USD 1,300 m plus contingent payments that can reach up to USD 150 m, on a cash and debt-free basis. The transaction, that considerably strengthens Boliden's mine production as well as internal zinc and copper concentrate supply, is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
