Vinge advises Byggfakta in connection with the public takeover offer from Giant BidCo

Vinge has advised Byggfakta Group Nordic HoldCo AB (publ) in connection with a public takeover offer provided by Stirling Square, TA Associates and Macquarie Capital, through Giant BidCo, to the shareholders of Byggfakta. The offer price is SEK 46 per share and values Byggfakta to approximately SEK 10.1 billion.

Vinge’s team primarily consists of Anders Strid and Edin Agic as well as Anna Palmérus (EU & Antitrust) and Albert Wållgren (Banking & Finance).

 Vinge has advised the property company Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of shares of series D through which the company raises proceeds of approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. A part of the share issue is subject to subsequent approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
