Vinge advises Byggfakta in conjunction with the acquisition of 4CastGroup AS

Vinge has advised Byggfakta Group (Nasdaq Stockholm) in conjunction with the acquisition of approximately 73 per cent of the shares in 4CastGroup AS with the subsidiaries Prognosesenteret AS in Norway and Prognoscentret AB in Sweden, which are leading in the Nordic region in the field of market analyses and forecasts for the building and construction market.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Anders Strid, Petronella Hallberg (project manager), Anna Ståhlklo (employment law), Alexander Lindeberg and Anna Högsten (IP/IT), Hanna Jansson and Rebecca Edvardsson and corporate assistant Daniela Maniscalchi. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen acted as local counsel in Norway.
