Vinge advises Bridgepoint Growth in conjunction with the entry of a partnership in DCHud Holding AB

Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud, the leading provider of medical dermatology services in Sweden, partnered with Bridgepoint Growth to further support the company’s expansion.

Today DCH operates six clinics across four Swedish cities and is the clear market leader in Sweden.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partner Daniel Rosvall together with associates Michaela Cronemyr, Elsie Nassar, Ellinor Wargenbrant and Olivia Belding (M&A) and Sara Strandberg (employment), Lisa Hörnqvist (commercial agreements) and Tove Lövgren Frisk (corporate, crime & compliance).

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
