Vinge advises Briban Invest on the public offer for Sydsvenska Hem

February 28, 2025 Capital Markets and Public M&A Corporate Tax FDI

Briban Invest AB has made a public offer for all shares in Sydsvenska Hem AB (publ).

The offer values all shares in Sydsvenska Hem at approximately SEK 784 million, based on the cash alternative in the offer.

Vinge’s team consists of Erik Sjöman, Amanda Knutsson, Joel Magnusson, Anna Svensson and Vilma Henricsson (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Victor Ericsson, Erik Kochbati and Axel Åshuvud (Tax) and Sofie Nordgren and Jasmine Elgh (FDI).
