Vinge advises BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse in connection with Swedbank’s new share issue

Vinge is acting as Swedish legal advisor to BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse in connection with Swedbank’s 15 billion rights offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse have agreed to underwrite 53.4% of the shares to be issued in the rights offering, subject to customary terms and conditions, and will act as Joint Global Co-ordinators and Bookrunners for the rights offering.

Vinge’s team consists of Göran Nyström, Rikard Stenberg, Petter Alberts, Johan Thiman and Fredrik Stjernström.
