Vinge advises BlackRock in conjunction with acquisition of a wind farm

Vinge has advised BlackRock in conjunction with the acquisition of approximately 67% of the shares in Sjisjka Vind AB from Skanska Wind Power Invest.

The purchase price for the acquisition amounted to approximately MSEK 163.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Göthberg together with, among others, associates Filip Brosset, Rasmus Perdahl and Christina Odengran.

Vinge advises on the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s business

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
