Vinge has advised Beijer Byggmaterial AB in connection with its acquisition of AB Knut Lindgren. AB Knut Lindgren, known as Lindgrens Bygg & Järn, is a family owned company with two facilities situated in Tingsryd and Urshult in Småland.

Vinges team consisted of, amongst others, Jonas BergströmJoacim Rydergård and Vilhelm Rondahl (M&A), Frida Ställborn (Real Estate/Lease Agreements), Lina Österberg (Environment), Mika Jordan (Corporate Commercial), Nicklas Thorgerzon (GDPR), Ebba Svenburg and Elin Broman (Employment Law).

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
