Vinge advises Beijer Byggmaterial in connection with its acquisition of AB Knut Lindgren

Vinge has advised Beijer Byggmaterial AB in connection with its acquisition of AB Knut Lindgren. AB Knut Lindgren, known as Lindgrens Bygg & Järn, is a family owned company with two facilities situated in Tingsryd and Urshult in Småland.

Vinges team consisted of, amongst others, Jonas Bergström, Joacim Rydergård and Vilhelm Rondahl (M&A), Frida Ställborn (Real Estate/Lease Agreements), Lina Österberg (Environment), Mika Jordan (Corporate Commercial), Nicklas Thorgerzon (GDPR), Ebba Svenburg and Elin Broman (Employment Law).

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
