Vinge advises Axcel VI and its portfolio company Currentum in connection with the acquisition of Tingvallastadens Rör, a leading provider of services within heating and sanitation based in Karlstad.

Tingvallastadens Rör will maintain its own brand, its well-established corporate culture and local connection for customers as well as employees. At the same time, the operations will be strengthened by being part of a larger group (Currentum) through a broader customer offering, increased resources and strengthened market coverage.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg and Hannah Kajlinger (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction) and Sara Strandberg (Employment).

Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue, through which Hansa raises gross proceeds of approx. SEK 232 million, and restructuring of debt financing. As part of such debt restructuring, Hansa has in conjunction with the directed share issue set-off debt corresponding to approximately USD 14.9 million of its total debt amount.
