Vinge advises Axcel VI and Currentum in connection with the acquisition of Elprojekt Skandinavien

Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Elprojekt Skandinavien. The company provides complete electrical installations throughout Sweden, focusing on new construction of logistics properties, production facilities, residential buildings and office buildings. Elprojekt Skandinavien had a revenue of SEK 316 million in 2024.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko together with Egil Svensson, Alexander Rüdén and Ian Linde (M&A), Niclas Lindblom (Construction), Simon Gille-Johnson and Wilma Hellman (Real property), Jonna Skog and Louisa Fagarasan (Employment), David Olander and Hilda Ivarsson (EU and Competition) and Emelie Schoning (Transaction Support Coordinator).

Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
