Vinge advises Axcel in connection with the investment in Sanviva

Vinge has advised the Nordic private equity firm Axcel in connection with the establishment of Sanviva, a new European medical device distribution network.

Sanviva brings together medical device distributors Apodan, PartnerMed, AllweCare and XboXLab, operating across the Nordics and Benelux with a portfolio covering product categories such as wound care, ostomy care and in vitro diagnostics. Sanviva currently employs around 60 people across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

The investment in Sanviva was made through Axcel Elevate I, Axcel’s lower mid-market fund focused on technology, business services and healthcare.

Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Egil Svensson, Ida Appelgren, Manon de Cooman and Lina Björkman (M&A), Christoffer Nordin (Corporate Commercial), Dagne Sabockis and Julia Rydin (FDI) and Filippa Bergkvist (Transaction Support Coordinator).

Vinge advises Platzer on the acquisition of a logistics property in Sörred Logistics Park

Vinge has advised Platzer on the acquisition of the property Sörred 8:15 in Sörred Logistics Park in Hisingen in Gothenburg. The acquisition is performed in accordance with the purchase option held by Platzer in the joint venture with Catena, which grants priority to acquire completed projects at market value. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 570 million, less deferred tax. Closing is expected to take place on 1 July 2026.
