Vinge has advised Axcel VII (“Axcel”) and XPartners Samhällsbyggnad (”XPartners”) in connection with the acquisition of THETA Engineering AB (”Theta”).
Theta is a consulting company with expertise in project management, rock and construction, and project control, planning, costing and cost control as well as technology.
