Vinge advises Axcel and XPartners in connection with the acquisition of Projektstaben

Vinge has advised Axcel VII (“Axcel”) and XPartners Samhällsbyggnad (”XPartners”) in connection with the acquisition of Projektstaben i Sverige AB (”Projektstaben”).

Projektstaben conducts project management operations and offers project management support in civil engineering projects. Services are offered in construction work environment, developer support, project risk management, cost and time risk analyses, requirements and management in construction and civil engineering fire protection, environmental protection in construction and civil engineering, quality management and requirements management as well as sustainability.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister, Gustav Persson, Egil Svensson, Sara Passandideh, Filip Magnusson and Alexander Rüdén (M&A), Clara Klingspor (Construction) and Cecilia Loctander (Transaction Support Co-ordinator).

Vinge has advised Acrinova AB (publ) in connection with its voluntary share redemption offering. The offer comprised approximately one-third of the shares in Acrinova, and the acceptance rate reached approximately 97.34 percent, representing a redemption value of approximately SEK 367.4 million.
