Vinge advises Axcel and XPartners in connection with the acquisition of Projektkompaniet

Vinge has advised Axcel VII (“Axcel”) and XPartners Samhällsbyggnad (”XPartners”) in connection with the acquisition of Projektkompaniet i Motala AB (”Projektkomapniet”).

Projektkompaniet is a construction consultancy specialising in project and construction management, architectural design, commercial kitchen design and construction. The Company specialises in investment projects and offers services at all stages of the construction process, with the main segments being public and commercial projects.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko together with Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister, Gustav Persson and Alexander Rüdén (M&A), August Ahlin (banking and finance), Clara Klingspor (Construction) and Cecilia Loctander (Transaction Support Co-ordinator).
