Vinge advises Axcel and XPartners in connection with the acquisition of Projektkompaniet

Vinge has advised Axcel VII (“Axcel”) and XPartners Samhällsbyggnad (”XPartners”) in connection with the acquisition of Projektkompaniet i Motala AB (”Projektkomapniet”).

Projektkompaniet is a construction consultancy specialising in project and construction management, architectural design, commercial kitchen design and construction. The Company specialises in investment projects and offers services at all stages of the construction process, with the main segments being public and commercial projects.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko together with Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister, Gustav Persson and Alexander Rüdén (M&A), August Ahlin (banking and finance), Clara Klingspor (Construction) and Cecilia Loctander (Transaction Support Co-ordinator).

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
