Vinge has advised Axcel VII and Accru Partners in connection with the acquisitions of R3 Revisionsbyrå AB, Adrevicor Halland AB, Trevi Revision AB and Adrevicor Stockholm AB.

R3 Revisionsbyrå AB, Adrevicor Halland AB, Trevi Revision AB and Adrevicor Stockholm AB are entrepreneur-led, local businesses with expertise in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services. After the acquisitions, Accru Partners consists of over 80 independent firms within the aforementioned business areas.

Vinge has advised Main Capital and Pointsharp in connection with the acquisition of Meaplus AB and Nubibus Software AB

Vinge has advised Main Capital and its portfolio company Pointsharp in connection with Pointsharp's acquisition of Meaplus AB and Nubibus Software AB. Pointsharp is a Swedish provider of identity and access management solutions as well as secure information exchange, with operations in the Nordics, DACH and Benelux. The acquisition complements Pointsharp's existing offering with capabilities in secure digital communication and strengthens the company's position in the Swedish public-sector market, particularly in the municipal and healthcare segments. The transaction is Pointsharp's sixth add-on acquisition since Main Capital became an investment partner in November 2020.
