Vinge has advised Axcel VII and Accru Partners in connection with the acquisitions of Carlstedt & Lindh AB and Brahe Revisionsbyrå AB

Carlstedt & Lindh AB and Brahe Revisionsbyrå AB are entrepreneur-led, local businesses with expertise in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services. After the acquisitions, Accru Partners consists of 32 independent firms within the aforementioned business areas.
