VINGE ADVISES ATRIA IN CONNECTION WITH SALE OF FALBYGDENS OST

Vinge has advised Atria Sverige in connection with the sale of Falbygdens Ost to Arla Foods. Falbygdens Ost does not have its own cheese production facilities but, rather, buys cheese from other producers. Falbygdens Ost has approximately 100 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 470 million. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Alex Miler, Daniel Unger and Malin Buch as well as project assistant Josefin Backlund. Partner Johan Karlsson and associate Emil Fahlén Godö provided competition law advice.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
