Vinge advises atNorth’s owners in connection with the sale to Partners Group

Vinge has advised the shareholders of atNorth Holding AB in conjunction with the sale of the company to the Swiss private equity company Partners Group.

atNorth is a leading data centre company with two centres on Iceland and one under construction in Stockholm. The company’s data halls are run exclusively by renewable energy and use local climate and heating recycling systems in order to maintain an extremely high degree of energy efficiency.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partner Peter Sundgren together with associates Vilhelm RondahlGustav Persson and Linus Adolfsson (M&A), Maria Schultzberg (Tax) as well as Viktoria Owetz Leyva and Sara Dahlros Sköld (VDR assistants).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
