Vinge has advised Assa Abloy in connection with its acquisition of Port System 2000 Aktiebolag, a company that specialises in end-customer solutions for industrial ports and docking systems.
Port System 2000 Aktiebolag was founded in 1987 and has offices in Habo, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The company has approximately 80 employees and is expected to achieve a turnover of SEK 125 million in 2009.
Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad and associates Alexandra Palmér and Joacim Rydergård.
