Vinge advises Arthur J. Gallagher in connection with its acquisition of 85% of Brim AB (Brim). Brim’s annualized revenues total approximately $11 million.
 
Founded in 2001, Brim is a specialty insurance and reinsurance broker that provides commercial property/casualty, credit/political risk and affinity insurance products and services to its Scandinavian and international clients. Its credit and political risk practice provides financing support for major infrastructure projects while its construction practice supports residential and commercial building development.
 
Vinge with lead partner Johan Göthberg advised AJG with a team consisting of Oscar Rydén as senior associate (M&A), Axel Hedberg (insurance and regulatory), Sara Strandberg (employment) and Emilie Parland (tax).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
