Vinge advises APM in connection with the acquisition of Clustera

Vinge advises APM Human Services International Limited (“APM”) in connection with the acquisition of Clustera Sverige AB (“Clustera”), one of Sweden’s leading providers within the employment services market.

The acquisition facilitates APM’s market entry into Swedish employment services. With offices in approximately 40 locations throughout Sweden, Clustera is a licensed Swedish Public Employment Services provider.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johanna Hamrefält (Project Manager), Christian Riddarbo, Linus Adolfsson (M&A), Adam Loewenstein (real estate), Beatrice Randow (real estate), Anna Ståhlklo (employment) and Anna Högsten (IP/IT).

 Vinge has advised Cinclus Pharma Holding AB (publ), a late-stage clinical pharmaceutical company developing next-generation treatments for gastric acid-related diseases listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with a long-term structured credit agreement for a total of up to EUR 28 million divided into four tranches, of which two are convertibles.
