Vinge advises Annotell in financing round

Vinge has advised Annotell AB in an A-round in which the company acquires approximately SEK 220 million from Mediaplanet and Nordicninja. In addition, the existing investors Ernström & C:o and Stena Sessan participate in the round. Annotell provides market leading software for the development of advanced driver assistance systems and self-driving vehicles.

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Veronika Garemark.
