Vinge advises AMF, Första AP-fonden and Folksam on investment in Volvo Cars

Vinge has advised AMF, Första AP-fonden and Folksam in connection with their SEK 5 bn investment in Volvo Cars. The investment is made in preference shares and includes a right to convert the preference shares into ordinary shares in connection with potential future IPO.
 
The Vinge team primarily consisted of Charlotte Levin and Erik Sjöman.
