Latour Industries AB has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Allgon AB (publ). The offer values all outstanding shares in Allgon at approx. SEK 604 million.
Vinge has advised AIP Management, an investor specialising in energy and climate transition infrastructure, in connection with the acquisition of an onshore wind farm in Överturingen in central Sweden.
Vinge has advised Investor in connection with an acquisition of 12,500,000 shares in EQT AB from Wallenberg Investments for a total consideration of approximately SEK 3.5 billion.
