Vinge advises Advania on the acquisition of Evolv Robotics

Vinge has advised Advania on the acquisition of Evolv Robotics, a fast-growing Icelandic software company specialising in digital workforce automation.

Evolv Robotics has developed and implemented both standardised and custom-built intelligent software agents that combine digital workforce and artificial intelligence to automate complex workflows, enhancing efficiency and quality within functions such as finance, procurement, and HR for customers across several industries in both the Iceland private and the public sectors.

Through the acquisition, Advania strengthens its services within robotic process automation and takes an important step in its strategy to be a strong partner in the automation field in the European market.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted of Peter Sundgren, Ulrich Ziche and Jonatan Stentorp (M&A), and Noelia Martinez (Regulatory).
