Vinge advises Adapteo in connection with the public offer from Palace Bidco

Palace Bidco Oy has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Adapteo Plc (Nasdaq Stockholm). The offer values all shares in Adapteo at approx. SEK 8.1 billion.

Krogerus and Vinge are legal advisors to Adapteo.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman and Agaton Lindgren.
