Vinge has advised reigning Allsvenskan champions Mjällby AIF in connection with the transfer of Swedish international Elliot Stroud to Premier League club Hull City AFC.
Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
