Vinge advises ABG Sundal Collier in connection with Conapto's issue of subsequent senior secured bonds of SEK 500 million

Vinge has advised ABG Sundal Collier as arranger in connection with Conapto Holding AB (publ)'s issue of subsequent senior secured bonds of SEK 500 million under the existing framework of SEK 2 billion.

The proceeds from the issue will be used for investments in the company's data centers. Conapto, a portfolio company of the European infrastructure fund Marguerite, is a leading provider of data center colocation. The issue was initiated by reverse inquiries.
 
Vinge's team consisted of Mikael Ståhl, Arvid Weimers and Olivia Carlsten.

The founders will remain with the company as the CEO and CTO respectively, and as significant shareholders. Västkustens Konstruktionsbyrå is an engineering consultancy company based in Gothenburg with cutting-edge expertise in project management, civil engineering and design.
