Vinge advised VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited's subsidiary Olbia Limited with the refinancing of one Airbus A319-112 aircraft. The lender to Olbia Limited is GE Japan Corporation. VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a 50/50 joint venture between Volito Aviation AB and a company within the Goldman Sachs Group.

Vinge's team consisted of Henrik Ossborn, Johan Ragnar and Fredrik Christiansson.
